CAIS Students,

The 38th Annual Clackamas Regional Skills Competition will take place on February 25th, 2016 at Clackamas Community College. Not unlike the modern day athlete, the spirit of open skills competition challenges
today’s academic, career and technical education students. Instead of competing on the field or track, the Clackamas Regional Skills Competition is providing tomorrow’s citizens with the opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge they have learned in school
and will be applying in tomorrow’s world.

Many CAIS students have participated in the past and earned tuition waivers by placing in math, manufacturing, welding, engineering and other events. This is a great way to show off what you are learning and save some money on college!

Regional Skills Competition Booklets will be available at the conclusion of all school assembly on Wednesday, January 13th. Students who are attending CCC and will not be attending the assembly can pick up a Booklet from the main office or download a copy. Students can download a registration form. A Clackamas Regional Skills Competition Registration Form must be turned in to the main office at CAIS by February 5th, 2016.
