Complete the withdrawal process at your current school. High school students need to request a copy of their current transcript and withdrawal grades (if withdrawing during a quarter, semester or trimester) from their current school’s Attendance Office.
Oregon City School District requires that all students attending a school within Oregon City School District to complete a ‘District Registration Form‘. Once completed, students will update their ‘District Registration‘ each year they attend ANY school within Oregon City School District.

Complete and bring in the following required forms.
If this is student’s FIRST YEAR in the Oregon City School District, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORMS:
Copy of Immunization Documents
Copies of Legal Guardianship (If student is not living with parent or custody/court papers)
Other Legal Documents (restraining orders, no-contact orders, foster care, etc)
Meet with CAIS counselor to develop an education plan and schedule
