Skynet Team 2550 Wins Grand Prize in Synthesis Code Sprint Challenge!

Congratulations on another win for Robotics Team 2550!!

What is Synthesis? Synthesis is a robotics simulator designed to help FIRST Robotics teams design, strategize, test, and practice. Teams can import their own robot and field designs or use preexisting ones into the simulator for a variety of uses. Synthesis is currently under development and is continuously improving and adding new features. At the start of this year, we made Synthesis fully open source, so that we can better involve the community so that they can help make Synthesis better or modify Synthesis to better suit their team’s needs.

Skynet Team 2550 has been chosen as the Grand Prize Winners with a prize of $1,500 in the very first code competition, a nationwide challenge where teams were tasked with developing solutions to key aspects of the Synthesis software. Solutions were scored on ease of integration with current features and usability.
