The Clackamas Emergency Services Foundation scholarships

The Clackamas Emergency Services Foundation (Foundation) sponsors college scholarships to students who have chosen to pursue a course of study related to emergency services professions. Formed in 1998, the Foundation provides a method for individual community members to help the Foundation proceed with its mission, “To Help Create A Safer Community.”

  • Eligibility: Any female BIPOC high school or two or four-year undergraduate student who has leadership or event planning experience may apply for this scholarship.

Amber D. Hudson Memorial Scholarship

  • Eligibility: Any female high school, undergraduate, or graduate student who is pursuing certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD), Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Nutrition Specialist, or another nutrition-related area may apply for this scholarship attending an HBCU with a 2.5 or higher GPA are eligible to apply to this scholarship.

Lindsey Vonn ‘GREAT Starts With GRIT’ Scholarship

Eligibility: Any low-income female high school student between the ages of thirteen and eighteen may apply for this scholarship opportunity. One 5k award will be awarded to a student between the ages for 13-15, and the other 5k award will be awarded to a student who is between the ages of 15-18.

Cat Zingano Overcoming Loss Scholarship

Eligibility: Any student who is fighting through their own loss of a close family member, legal guardian or loved one, and is in need of financial support for their education as they move forward.

All-Expenses-Paid FRS Youth Tour to Washington DC

Applications can be found at the link below and are due no later than 5PM on March 15, 2024. Applications can be emailed to MemberTeam@BCTelco.com, dropped off at the BCT office located at 15223 S Henrici Road in Oregon City or mailed. Students who apply MUST be under the age of 18 at the time of, and throughout the tour scheduled for June 3-7, 2024. Details and application are provided in the attachments to this email.
